Overview

What M.E.G. Endless Reality is and how a run works from HQ to extraction.

M.E.G. Endless Reality (often shortened to MER or MEG) is a Roblox horror survival game by PUG_Games. You play as employees of the Major Explorer Group (M.E.G.), sent into Backrooms-inspired levels to complete objectives before the timer runs out and return to the elevator for rewards.

The experience draws from The Backrooms Wiki and games like Lethal Company: procedural tension, limited time, gear management, and hostile entities that punish careless movement. The game is in Alpha — expect bugs; the developers recommend high volume and max graphics for audio and visual cues.

MER supports PC, mobile, and console. Progression happens in M.E.G. Base HQ: accept missions at The Computer terminal, buy gear at The Shop, then ride the elevator into your chosen level.

Getting started

  1. Spawn in M.E.G. Base and learn movement on PC, mobile, or console (see Controls).
  2. Interact with The Computer (E on PC) — pick a level, read your objective, confirm the mission.
  3. Optional: visit The Shop — buy an Elevator Compass first if you can afford it.
  4. Enter the elevator; the mission timer starts when the run begins.
  5. Complete the objective (find items, trap entities, clear threats, guide travelers, close no-clip zones, etc.).
  6. Return to the elevator before time expires — faster clears often pay better.

Codes

Promotional codes, redemption steps, and honest status updates.

Players frequently search for M.E.G. Endless Reality codes. As of our last check, no official active promotional codes are publicly listed on major code trackers or the game page. When PUG_Games releases codes, they typically appear via Roblox announcements, the group, or Discord.

We update this section when verified codes appear. Avoid sites promising free Robux or fake code generators — they are not affiliated with the game.

How to redeem

  1. Launch Roblox and open M.E.G. Endless Reality.
  2. Look for a Codes button in the lobby or settings (location may change per update).
  3. Enter the code exactly as published (case-sensitive).
  4. Confirm; rewards apply to your account if the code is still valid.

PC, mobile, and console inputs — learn these before your first mission.

Controls differ by platform. On PC, use WASD to move, E to interact with terminals and objects, Shift to sprint, F for flashlight, C to crouch, Space to jump, and number keys 1–9 for item hotkeys.

Console players often use L2/Ctrl to crouch, Y/Triangle to sprint, F or B/Circle for flashlight, Q or L1 for objective status, and G or R1 for emotes. Mobile uses on-screen controls — check in-game settings after each update.

Missions & Tasks

How The Computer assigns work and what you are expected to do in levels.

Missions begin at The Computer in M.E.G. Base. You select a level first, then receive a specific objective. Difficulty and payout scale with the level and task — finishing quickly can improve rewards.

Never treat looting as the first priority. Complete the assigned task, then extract with time to spare. On high-risk maps, aim to reach the elevator with at least 30 seconds left.

Mission flow

  1. Approach The Computer in HQ and press Interact.
  2. Choose a level from the list (read difficulty and entity risk first).
  3. Read the mission objective on screen and confirm.
  4. Board the elevator — the run timer starts.
  5. Finish the objective and navigate back using landmarks, pings, or an Elevator Compass.
  6. Enter the elevator before the timer hits zero to earn currency and progress.

Task types

  • Retrieve / interact

Find and use specific objects or locations in the level.

  • Trap entities

Use bear traps or gear to capture or neutralize hostile entities.

  • Clear threats

Remove or defeat smaller hostile presences in an area.

  • Guide travelers

Help lost NPCs reach safety within the time limit.

  • Close no-clip zones

Seal unstable dimensional breaches — common Backrooms-themed tasks.

Levels & Map

Where runs take place — safer practice maps vs high-risk extractions.

Levels are the main play spaces: unique layouts, hazards, and entity spawns. The Fandom wiki organizes them into Main Levels (numbered Backrooms-style), Sub Levels, Enigmatic Levels (including M.E.G. Base), and removed legacy maps.

New players should practice on levels with no or low hostile entities before tackling teleporters, chasers, or maze-like geometry. Paradise and similar maps punish poor navigation — use ping droppers and compass tools.

Level Status Notes
Level 0 — The Lobby Main Classic yellow corridors; good for learning movement.
Level 37 — Poolrooms Safer runs Often used for safer loot runs during community testing.
Memories Safer runs Low hostile pressure — useful for route learning.
The End Safer runs Library-style infinite space; featured on official wiki.
The Habitable Zone High risk Legless humanoid entity — avoid contact; can teleport players.
Ligneous Desolation High risk Rolling ball of limbs — heavy damage; keep distance.
Paradise Navigation challenge Identical rooms — easy to get lost; drop pings often.
The Windows Navigation challenge Difficult navigation and environmental hazards.
The Neon Express Navigation challenge Complex layout — plan routes before sprinting.
M.E.G. Base Main HQ hub — terminal, shop, elevator (not a mission level).

Entities

Threats you may encounter and how experienced players respond.

Entities vary by level and update. Some chase on sound or light; others teleport or deal burst damage. MER continues to add and revamp entities — check Updates and the community Fandom for patch-specific behavior.

General rules: sprint when the path is clear, crouch to reduce noise near threats, do not flash lights recklessly in entity-heavy zones, and coordinate with teammates over radio when possible.

Habitable Zone entity

High

Avoid line-of-sight and contact; it can teleport you away from the elevator route. Compass helps recover orientation.

Ligneous Desolation hazard

High

Treat as environmental boss — sidestep the rolling limb mass; do not sprint blindly in tight halls.

Chase-type entities

Medium–High

Break line of sight, crouch behind cover, conserve sprint for straightaways; jumping is slower than sprinting.

Annoyance / juke entities

Low–Medium

Learn spawn zones per level; community tier lists rank difficulty — see Tier List section.

Items & Shop

HQ shop gear, prices, and what to buy first with mission earnings.

The Shop in M.E.G. Base sells survival, navigation, and utility items using currency from completed missions. Cosmetics (suits, hats) do not affect gameplay.

Prices can shift between updates — treat tables as reference and verify in-game. The single best early purchase for most players is the Elevator Compass.

Recommended first purchase: Elevator Compass ($40–$100 range in guides) — drastically improves extraction success. Then consider Watch (timer), Ping Dropper (navigation), Medkit, Body Armor, and Bear Trap for entity missions.

Item Price Notes
Elevator Compass Essential ~$40+ Points toward extraction — essential.
Watch ~$250 Shows mission timer on screen.
Ping Dropper ~$250 Marks locations — strong on maze levels.
Medkit ~$250 Heals damage from entities or hazards.
Body Armor ~$300 Extra protection — worth it on danger levels.
Bear Trap ~$300 Used to trap entities on capture missions.
Energy Drink ~$400 Sprint boost — situational.
Night Vision ~$650 Dark level visibility.
UV / Charge Flashlight ~$150–450 Alternate light tools.
Radio ~$250 Team communication.
Camera ~$300 Zoom utility — low combat value.

Tier List

Community rankings for entity difficulty — not an official developer list.

There is no official M.E.G. Endless Reality tier list from PUG_Games. Players use community tools to rank entities by threat, juke difficulty, and annoyance. Rankings change when updates rework AI or add new entities.

Use tier lists as discussion starters, not gospel — your team, gear, and level layout matter more than memes. For a customizable template, try TierMaker or the external tier list maker linked below.

S — Run killer

Entities or hazards that routinely end runs if mishandled (e.g. strong teleporters, heavy damage).

A — Major threat

Requires planning, traps, or full team coordination.

B — Skill check

Dangerous but manageable once patterns are learned.

C — Nuisance

Annoying or disruptive — rarely solo wipes a prepared team.

D — Low pressure

Minor threat on most levels or rare spawns.

Trello & Community

Official links vs fake boards — where to get real news.

There is no verified official public Trello board for M.E.G. Endless Reality promoted by PUG_Games. Third-party Trello links in videos or ads are often fan-made, outdated, or misleading.

For legitimate news, use the Roblox game page, PUG_Games group, community Discord linked from the experience, and the M.E.G. Endless Reality Fandom wiki for level and entity pages.

Scripts & Safety

Why we do not promote exploits — and what to do instead.

Search volume for "MEG Endless Reality script" is high, but third-party executors and exploit scripts violate Roblox Terms of Use. They risk permanent account bans, malware, and ruined co-op experiences for other M.E.G. employees.

This wiki does not host, link, or endorse exploit scripts. Improve outcomes with legitimate gear, level knowledge, teamwork, and practice on safer maps.

  • Exploits can result in account moderation or termination.
  • Script sites often distribute scams or steal credentials.
  • Alpha bugs should be reported via official Discord — not cheats.
  • Fair play keeps matchmaking and community servers healthy.

Tips & FAQ

Practical survival advice for new and returning explorers.

Turn up volume — audio cues warn before visual contact on many levels. Play with max graphics if your device allows stable framerates.

What should I buy first?

Elevator Compass, then timer/navigation tools (Watch, Ping Dropper). Combat gear matters more on entity-heavy missions.

Why do I fail missions with time left on the clock?

You must physically enter the elevator — compass helps find it. Paradise-like levels confuse navigation; drop pings.

Are there active codes?

None verified as of June 2026. Check this wiki and official Discord when new codes release.

Is there an official Trello?

No widely verified official board. Use Roblox, group, Discord, and Fandom instead.

Can I play solo?

Yes, but coordination via radio and shared pings makes high-risk levels far easier.

What platforms are supported?

PC, mobile, and console per the official description — re-check controls after each patch.
